Suggested Usage
 
Bring 1 gallon of purified, preferably structured water to a boil. Once water is boiling, remove from heat and let boiling come to a stop before adding 2 tea bags. Cover pot and steep for 8 hours, this will bring the Daily Cleansing Tea to its full potency. Pour tea and tea bags into a container and refrigerate. Drink 4 ounces twice a day for 3 days then 8 ounces twice a day. Some individuals may require 4-8 ounces midday due to lack of bowel tone. If you have a sensitive large intestine, you may want to start with 2 ounces twice a day to avoid diarrhea and keep bowel movements formed. Use 3 bags when constipation is an issue. You may reheat the tea but do not bring to a boil again or microwave. Drink it straight up, sweeten it with honey, fresh squeezed lemon or add Doc of Detox Lemon Lift Essential Oil to your tea for an added burst of flavor!
This dosage is recommended for adults only. If you're pregnant or have had major surgery in the large intestine within the last 12 weeks or have any health concerns please consult your healthcare provider.
